How to Place an Order
Excel Format By Email Submission >>

Click on the "Excel" file link from the list above.
- Click "Save As"
- "Save In" (save to your computer)
- Click "Save"
- Fill in the requested fields on the order form. Please be sure to enter all necessary information including your contact name, phone and fax numbers so we can contact you if we have any questions prior to entering your order.
- Once you've finished completing the form, SAVE the document with the latest changes. Click "File". Click "Save".
- Click on "Email Order Now" link above. Attach the accordcan.xls or opordcan.xls file to the Email message.
- Pressing the "Send" button will transmit this order via Email to our inside sales department.
PDF Format By Fax Submission >>
- Click on the "PDF" file link from the list above.
- Click "File"
- Click "Print"
- Fill in the requested fields on the order form by hand
- Please be sure to write all necessary information including your contact name, phone and fax numbers, so we can contact you if we have any questions prior to entering your order.

Order Confirmations
Shortly after your order is processed you will receive an acknowledgement by fax. Please review it carefully and contact us immediately if there are any errors or omissions, or if you need to make any changes. If you do not receive an acknowledgement contact our Customer Service Department so we can verify your contact information and email address.
