MSJ fills the gap between regular Jackshaft and Gearheads. This is an Ultra-high end, heavy duty, V-belt drive operator for industrial High and Vertical Lift Sectional Doors or Rolling Doors and Grilles. It can be wall mounted on either side of the door. It incorporates a chain Hoist for manual operation.

5L V-belt, chain and sprocket reduction

#50 Chain on Final Drive

Cast iron pillow block bearings on output shaft and clutch shaft

Solenoid Brake

Adjustable Friction Clutch

Output shaft speed: 47 rpm

Heavy Duty Reversing Contactor

Full Overload Protection

C2 Wiring, B2 or D1 can be very easily set

Pre-wired for Open Override, Safety Reverse, Radio Control

Wall mounted on either side of the door

Clearance: side room required is 20"

Main Options: Nema 4/12, Nema 7/9, Spreader, Hoist on left, Delay on Reverse, Timer to Close, Double Limit, Electronic Control Board
