Separate Control Panels
Separate control panels are used when there is a need for the operator control circuit to be housed at a remote location from the operator. Having the control circuit in a wall-mounted panel provides more room for options and facilitates maintenance of the unit.

STANDARD FEATURES
All the standard features found in an operator are available in a control panel. Only the limit switches, the solenoid brake actuator and a terminal strip are supplied in the operator's control box, the balance is within the control panel.

Certifications: CSA C22.2/0,0.4,14,94 and UL 50,508,508A.

• Nema 1 Separate Control Panel (MOD 022):

• Steel enclosure, 16"x12"x6", finished with heat-fused polyester
• Hinged cover with one 1/4-turn latch
• Color-coded wiring
• Available with Electronic Control Board option
• Applies to models: Opera-J/HJ/H/SH/GH, MGH, OTH, OTBH, MGT, OSL, MGSL

• Nema 4 Separate Control Panel (MOD 024):

• Steel enclosure, 20"x16"x8", finished with heat-fused polyester
• Hinged cover with two 1/4-turn latches
• Color-coded wiring
• Available in single or 3-phase
• Available with Electronic Control Board option
• Applies to models: Opera-J/H/SH/GH, MGH, OTH, OTBH, MGT, OSL, MGSL

• Separate Control Panel Special Options:
Non-resettable counter on panel door, run timer with telemecanique contactor, 3 push-buttons on panel face, window kit modification on panel face, rotary fuse disconnect, loop detector for open device, loop detector for sensing device, variable frequency drive, etc.
